Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from COA ART. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- unwashed
- in the same condition in which it was received
- returned with any original tags or packaging when applicable
You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Do not send an item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Because some COA ART products are produced and fulfilled from different locations, the correct return address may vary depending on the product. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address after your request has been reviewed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. When the issue is confirmed, COA ART will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at coa.art@outlook.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- clear photographs showing the issue
We will review the information and work with you to make it right.
Made-to-Order Apparel
Many COA ART apparel products are produced after an order is placed.
Standard, non-personalized apparel may still be eligible for return within the 30-day return period, provided that it meets the return conditions listed above.
Products that have been personalized or produced specifically to a customer’s individual specifications may be final sale.
Custom & Personalized Products
Custom artwork, commissioned artwork, personalized products, and products made specifically according to a customer’s individual specifications are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind.
If a custom or personalized product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was agreed upon, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Original Artwork
Eligible original artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and, whenever possible, in its original protective packaging.
Please contact us before returning original artwork so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or product, contact us regarding your return.
The easiest method is generally to return the eligible item and place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- custom or commissioned artwork
- personalized products
- products made specifically to individual customer specifications
- gift cards
- items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Where applicable, customers in the European Union generally have the right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Products must be returned in the condition required by applicable law. Certain exceptions may apply, including personalized or custom-made products.
These statutory rights are separate from the COA ART return policy described above.
